Impact of Cryptography Failures – Part 2
Watch this webcast in which we take a look at the impact of cryptography failures.
In part two of our series, we’ll look at more examples of the impact of cryptography failures, and finish with a deep dive to see how one of them could have been prevented at a code level.
Examples will include the Marriott breach, where partial use of encryption lead to more than 5 million passport numbers being extracted in the clear, and the Ericsson outage caused by an expired certificate. We’ll deep dive on a crypto breach of an open-source library used in the Oracle Weblogic server.
Finally, we’ll respond to some audience questions, including a few that were asked during part 1 that we didn’t have time to fit in.
If you missed part 1, you can watch it here.
This is part 2 of a two-part series.
