The Job

As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of Cryptosense Analyzer Platform by large customers. You will be a trusted advisor and driving force in customer journeys, from deployment scoping, initial onboarding, value realisation, and expansion throughout the lifecycle. Your mission will be to plan and manage deployment schedules, scope adoption projects, priorities, resources and timelines. Based on the business value the customer expects from our technology, you will drive adoption projects to demonstrate ROI, identify and help remove technical obstacles to adoption, assist with strategic decisions, and build innovative new solutions. 

In constant interaction with our sales, product delivery and engineering teams, you will work directly with our client’s operating groups leaders, architects, SMEs and engineers, shaping end-users into Cryptosense advocates within their organisation. 

The role includes occasional opportunities to travel (currently fully remote).

What You’ll Do

  • Based on the business priorities established by the customer and our own business objectives, scope the deployment of Cryptosense at scale for large organizations;
  • Plan for resources and timelines to deliver the deployment plan;
  • Connect with all stakeholders within the customer’s organization. Advise them on best practices, pros and cons of different approaches and next steps to take, based on a detailed understanding of their objectives and the value our solution can deliver;
  • Give hands on demonstrations, workshops or enablement sessions on a wide variety of technical topics, e.g installation, integration and building dashboards;
  • Build long term relationships with our customers, become the influential expert for Cryptosense users, accelerating their progress;

Must Have Requirements

  • The skills required to develop and demonstrate solid understanding of Cryptosense technology, services offerings, and enterprise software deployments in discussion with clients;
  • Project management experience in customer facing roles with large enterprise deployments and initiatives including planning, issue tracking, risk mitigation;
  • The ability to bridge discussions between business and IT team members;
  • The ability to provide customers with clear detailed leadership on implementation and adoption strategies;
  • Strong emotional intelligence, outstanding presentation and writing skills;

Nice to Have Skills

  • Prior experience with cryptography, key management / certificates management solutions;
  • Prior experience with application development and DevOps tools;
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on IT;
  • Program/Project Management training, experience, and certification.
