As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of Cryptosense Analyzer Platform by large customers. You will be a trusted advisor and driving force in customer journeys, from deployment scoping, initial onboarding, value realisation, and expansion throughout the lifecycle. Your mission will be to plan and manage deployment schedules, scope adoption projects, priorities, resources and timelines. Based on the business value the customer expects from our technology, you will drive adoption projects to demonstrate ROI, identify and help remove technical obstacles to adoption, assist with strategic decisions, and build innovative new solutions.
In constant interaction with our sales, product delivery and engineering teams, you will work directly with our client’s operating groups leaders, architects, SMEs and engineers, shaping end-users into Cryptosense advocates within their organisation.
The role includes occasional opportunities to travel (currently fully remote).
