The Job

We're looking for an Internal Account Executive to convert inbound and outbound leads into business opportunities and accelerate our growth. The internal account executive will work closely with the top management of the company and will be in charge of the early stages of the company’s sales funnel.

The position requires proactive identification and qualification of new business opportunities/prospects through inbound leads engagement, as well as cold calling, email, web and offline based initiatives. The job can be executed in full-remote from anywhere, or hybrid mode in Paris, France. It may evolve into an Account Executive position.

What you'll do

  • Follow-up promptly on and engage inbound leads in order to qualify them and book meetings with our Account Execs team…
  • Cold call/email into major accounts to uncover potential contacts and set meetings;
  • Determine and understand a prospect company’s primary business issues to match a fitting solution. Understand who is responsible for what in the targeted accounts
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities in our customer contact database, schedule follow-up activities as needed;
  • Manage and track actions and opportunities in Active Campaign;

What we expect from you

  • Perfect fluency in English, French is a plus
  • 1-2 year(s) of experience in a similar technology or software sales support position (outside, inside or telesales)
  • High-quality customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Self-Motivated and persistent, desire to grow with the company into a lucrative sales career
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with reporting, spreadsheets, and office tools
