The PKCS#11 standard for cryptographic device interfaces, first developed by the RSA company, is now an open standard under the auspicies of OASIS.
In terms of market adoption PKCS#11 has been a great success. But with the last official version (v2.20) dating from 2004, it was high time for an update to reflect the needs of new applications, advances in cryptography and new threat scenarios.
Cryptosense is delighted to be playing a part in these efforts as part of the OASIS PKCS#11 Technical Committee.
Come and see us at the RSA trade show in San Francisco (24-28 February 2014) at the OASIS stand to find out how Cryptosense tools can help you manage security risk in your PKCS#11 deployments and prepare to leverage the advantages of the forthcoming version 2.40 of the standard.
